I just wanted to send a quick note to let you know what a great experience we had in the Brookfield store. We went in and had my wedding bands (that weren't even orginally from Kesslers) redesigned into two new wedding bands in June/July of this year. We worked with Karen Meyer and from the minute we walked in the door she was extremely helpful, knowledgable and just very pleasant. The process went exactly how she explained it would and my rings turned out great. Kessler's is AMAZING! Earlier this month, my boyfriend of four years and I went engagement ring shopping. We brought a close friend along (we were concerned that we would be a bit overwhelmed by the whole process--me by the sparkliness, and him by the sticker-shock!) and drove all around Appleton. We are poor college students, and to be honest, I was unsure that we would be able to find something that was both beautiful and in our price range. Although we had some good experiences, we also discovered that at some stores, we were either not taken seriously or given good service because of our youth, or our (admittedly limited) price range was TOTALLY disregarded! Then, we walked into Kessler's. It. Was. AWESOME. Judy, our salesperson, was so welcoming and kind, and she actually listened to our thoughts on styles and prices. Then, she showed us the Allura collection. Oh my goodness--those rings are incredible! We found one that looked like the type I had been gravitating toward (BMPC03695, to be exact, not that I've been gazing at it online or anything...). When I put it on, everything just clicked. Our friend squealed with glee, I was speechless (a virtual first), and my boyfriend's jaw dropped. When he regained his power of speech, he said, "WOW, that is beautiful!" High praise from a guy who had been responding with "it's nice", "that's pretty", and "whatever you like, babe", all day. Judy encouraged us to look at it in different lights, excused herself to allow us to talk it over, and even took the ring to be steam-cleaned so I could put it on with no fingerprints on it. I just wanted to thank you for a wonderful, non-stressful, memory-making experience. Now, all I have to do is wait for him to pick that baby up and put it on my finger! Thanks again,

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to Brian at your Madison location. When my fiance, Andrew Smith, can in to purchase my engagement ring, he was so helpful! I came in the store 3 more times after receiving my engagment ring to shop for a wedding band. It was only on the 3rd visit, when Brian was available to help me, that I found the band(s) I had been looking for. We cannot say enough about how easy going and friendly Brian was. After 48+ years of continuous wear, my wife's engagement/wedding rings were sadly in need of

them to Kesslers, received an acceptable quote for the necessary work, and asked you to proceed.
Today we picked up the finished product, and could not be more pleased with the results. What a
fabulous job your people did, from the receptionist, to the craftsman/(woman?), to the person
who handled the completion of the transaction, and, I'm sure, everyone in-between. Your

When I graduated from high school, my parents bought me a pair of diamond stud
earrings from Kesslers. I've worn them nearly every day since then, and I love them!
Yesterday, I met Terry while I was working at Ann Taylor, and I got to talk to her
about the diamonds from Kesslers while I helped her find a dress. I had a wonderful time
with her, and the experience led me to visit her at the store today to trade in my
original earrings for the Kessler 81s.

My experience with Terry reminded me how much I appreciated the care Kesslers gives to
customer relations. I look forward to stopping in and visiting Terry and everyone else at

Dear Richard Kessler,
I want to thank you and your employees for an outstanding job in helping me pick out an
engagement ring for my fiance, Katie. Specifically, Brett and Kathy in the Madison location.
I had worked with Kathy on a ring a year ago and because of her service, which was
knowledgeable and not pressuring, I came back again. This time I worked with Brett
(Kathy as backup when Brett was on his day off). I wasn't disappointed. I came in
to the store at least five times, trying to find the perfect ring for Katie. Brett was super
understanding, gave advice on what to look for and what to consider, and never once got
option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=88 but with a different center diamond.
We ordered a new band without a diamond already in it
and added the diamond I picked out. I then proposed on our vacation to the US Virgin Islands

Dear Mr. Kessler,a 21st birthday present from my mom - a 130 year old diamond that has been passed down through the women of my family for 5 generations, starting with my great great grandma Amy in the 1880s. Although it has a visible flaw, I wanted to put this special diamond in a ring that my boyfriend could give to me as a promise ring, and since we are both in school, we knew our budget was limited. We had checked out other jewelry stores and we had even picked out our future engagement and wedding rings there, until on a whim we decided to stop in to your store. Boy, am I sure glad we did. Not only was your staff more knowledgeable and friendly, they took their time presenting all options and making sure we were 100% sure on our decision, even though our budget was under $300. Brett, the associate who helped us was warm, extremely helpful, and we felt very comfortable with him. I was also able to sell some of my old gold back to you for a better price than I had found elsewhere to help offset the cost, in addition to your store having the best value around for the ring itself. But the best part was the warranty-I feel 110% comfortable putting my treasured family heirloom in your hands, and I know we will be back soon to pick out new future engagement and wedding rings. I'd just like to say thank you for the wonderful experience of picking out a diamond engagement ring. I stopped into your new Germantown store 2 weeks ago and met with Tiffany. I explained to her what I was looking for and my budget and that I was very interested in the Yehuda diamonds I had heard you talking about on the radio. Needless to say, the experience was 2nd to non. Tiffany patiently and professionally explained the diamond differences and ratings and scale and provided me with numerous great options to choose from. I ended up buying a beautiful .98 kt Yehuda round diamond and your staff so perfectly placed it into the ring I had selected. My girlfriend had a surprise 4 day weekend planned for us this past weekend, little did she know, that I had planned to turn the surprise on her. She began discussing our hypothetical outdoor wedding, while eating room-service breakfast Saturday morning, I excused myself and got the ring. I've been meaning to write to you since last fall - your email reminded me to do so. My husband purchased a beautiful Kessler diamond for me when he proposed 9 years ago. Last fall I hooked my ring on our garage screen door and the diamond popped out. I was frantic. The woman I spoke to was so calm and helpful and simply explained that I should bring the ring in and they'd replace the diamond! What a relief! After a little more searching I found my original diamond sitting in the tray of the door and was able to have the ring repaired with the diamond my husband originally chose for me. Even After making my purchase earlier that day, I called right before the store closing time, and she still talked on the phone with me for a new chain to hold my old charms on. I only had around $120 to spend when I first showed up cause I am a start-up guitar player... Dear Mr. Kessler, I visited one of our stores for the first time on Thursday, March 18, and I am writing to tell you how impressed I was with your Junction Road store in Madison, and, in particular, how very pleased I was with one of your sales associates, Terry Greene. So pleased, in fact, that I posted a favorable review of your business and Terry on the largest online diamond education site in the world, Pricescope (www.pricescope.com). Enclosed is the link to the thread I wrote recommending Terry and your store: http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=139040 There is more detail in the thread, but briefly, a little over a year ago I began looking for an anniversary ring (my husband and I celebrate 20 years together this year!). My husband is not interested in jewelry at all, so he gave me free rein to choose the ring on my own. I began my search in Madison, at several of the local stores, many of whom have been in business for decades. To say I was disappointed in the quality of the service and merchandise would be an understatement. I felt like I would be "taken" if I spent any money at these stores. Frustrated, I turned to the Internet. Mind you, I am a woman in my early 50s who never dreamed I'd even be considering buying a diamond ring off the Internet! But I spent many months reading up on diamond cut on several online jewelry forums: Pricescope, The Purse Forum, and DiamondBistro. I did this because I felt if I didn't educate myself, I would be taken advantage of by jewelers who treat their customers like they are children. I went shopping in Madison again, after educating myself, and looked at Jared's Peerless diamonds and several stores who carry Hearts on Fire diamonds, because I knew these diamonds would be more likely to be cut well. And they are. But the price tag of the HOF diamonds was way out of my budget. And the sales staff at all of these stores was poorly trained. I could not in good conscience spend thousands of dollars there. I went so far as to e-mail a complaint to Maarten de Witte, the owner of the Hearts on Fire brand, that his sales staff at one of the Madison stores had made misleading and downright false statements to me about the HOF line. Mr. de Witte did answer me; he said "surely you know that all salesmen exaggerate." He lost a customer for life. On the basis of many recommendations from people on the online jewelry forums, I bought a diamond and a custom setting from a man named Wink Jones who owns Winfield's (his former retail store) and High Performance Diamonds (his online store). Wink has approximately 30 years in the business. He works exclusively with one cutter, Paul Slegers, who cuts the Crafted by Infinity line of AGS 0 round brilliants and princess cut diamonds. I have never met Wink in person; my $6,000 purchase was completed over the phone and through the mail. I have met Paul Slegers in person, at a "Meet the Cutter" event held in Chicago at one of his diamond vendors stores in Chicago. I received my diamond and custom ring from Wink last summer. Over the holidays, I heard the radio ads for your store on FM 105.5. I was surprised to hear you emphasizing the cut quality of your stones, and emphasizing that it is cut that makes a stone beautiful. I was curious, so last week, I visited your Junction Road store and met with Terry. Let me tell you, you have a real asset in Terry. For one thing, she is a mature woman, and there are many women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who buy jewelry for themselves, who appreciate being waited on by someone their own age. Another thing about Terry, she is intelligent, kind, and insightful -- she was sensitive to my needs, and didn't try to push a sale on me to meet her needs. The Kessler 81 diamond she was wearing, set in one of your store's custom designs was stunning. Seeing that beautiful ring was all the proof I needed to believe that your advertisements were not just "salesmen's exaggerations." I was so impressed with your store and with Terry, that I e-mailed Wink about my experience. I told him that I wanted to write a testimonial about Kessler's for the internet diamond forums, but I wasn't sure it was appropriate. He said, "It absolutely is appropriate. Those of us in the business who used to own retail stores know what hard work it is. If you have found someone honest whom you can trust, it would be nice to give that store credit for everything they are doing right, and let others in your area know that this store does good work." He also said, "This store sounds exactly like the type of store Paul Slegers would be interested in working with. Please tell Mr. Kessler that I would be happy to talk to them about the Crafted by Infinity line if they would be interested in knowing more about it." I told Wink I would give send you the links to the Crafted by Infinity site http://www.craftedbyinfinity.com/ Here is the link to Wink's online business: http://www.highperformancediamonds.com/ Wink also said, "If Terry or Mr. Kessler would like information on the benches I work with to complete my custom orders, I would be happy to share that with them." And Wink is sharing this with the full knowledge that there is a chance he may lose some of my business to Kessler's in the future -- e.g., Infinity has a lifetime upgrade policy on all their diamonds. I know this is probably one of the stranger e-mails that you've received, but I am sincere when I say that I wish I had learned about your store earlier; it would have saved me much aggravation and time. I also want you to know that although Terry did not make a sale on Thursday with me, I do look forward to working with her on a fancy wedding band or eternity band purchase. I'm willing to come back to your store because she didn't push, she is knowledgeable about what you sell, and the high quality of your merchandise. It's that simple, but funny how so many other stores don't understand this. And if I have friends or family in the market for a diamond purchase, I will most certainly recommend Kessler's to them.

Dear Mr. Kessler, My husband recently purchased a diamond anniversary ring for me at Kessler's on the Beltline in Madison. It was my Christmas present, and originally meant to be stud earrings, but I am awful when it comes to making up my mind. Poor Terry! She was so patient with me. I think we took up three hours of her time, and it wasn't a big purchase as diamonds go but as my first ever, it was. Terry nevertheless gave us her full attention and was so helpful not just in answering questions and presenting us with altneratives but with the actual process of choosing as well. "Think about it this way" or "that way." "Let's have my colleague try them on, because it's easier to see them on someone else's hands, and hers are more like yours." What a sweetheart! I'm delighted with my ring, and have opted for a desktop theme on my computer that shows my husband and me celebrating the gift, along with a bottle of bubbly in our Waterford toasting flutes -- all to set off the sparkle on my finger! I entitled the desktop theme "I got mine...!" -- an obvious allusion to the Kessler ad and a tribute to my wonderful husband as well (who's wonderful even when he isn't buying me diamonds). Last but by no means least, thank you so much for advertising on the Mic. That's where we heard about you, and we do make it a point to choose to buy from companies and people we trust and like and who also help bring us the radio we enjoy. By the way, I've always enjoyed your commercials, especially those 10-second (5 sec.?) spots. Clever advertising! Thank you and a big thanks to Terry Greene for a wonderful shopping experience.

Dear Mr. Kessler: My family has always had a family jeweler who has sold many many pieces to members of my family. I was in Appleton and admittedly made the decision to impulse buy a piece of jewelry for my wife for xmas. I saught you out because of your radio ads. I'm likely a person who will overspend if you make me feel important, which is where our family jeweler has made his niche and I know it (which is every business including mine too). Walter approached me right away, everyone in the place was wearing pajamas, and I left with a great gift for my wife. I'm lucky to have gotten out of there as cheap as I did. Great value, Walter has the business pegged and I have really enjoyed the whole Kessler 81 deal. My family takes trips to the U.P. looking for greyish diamonds and Petoskey stones for fun. (never found a diamond) Any kind of special anything involving a gem or stone is of interest to us. I just got the insurance info from you and I appreciate that too. Normally I have to take the pieces in for appraisal and make phone calls to my insurance guy and. and . and..... Thank you! I only have good things to say. Kesslers in Greenfield is head and shoulders above any of the other jewelers I went to, in quality, service, price and warranty. I thought when I went in that they just like the others were going to just sell me anything they could. I only received great service. I really can't say enough about how pleased I have been. Their ethics were great. A friend of mine asked me to do him a favor and go to Kesslers. I am glad I did. I shopped around but Kesslers was the best! I give them an 11 stars out of 10! Thanks much. Dear Mr. Kessler, When my boyfriend and I started looking around for engagement rings we went to rogers and hollands in the mall, I thought I found the ring I wanted...Until a friend of ours directed us to kesslers. I had heard the commercials on the radio, and your sincerety pointed that we had to stop in. So I went online and saw a ring I fell in love with the BGPC07496, I was so excited, but the ring was located at your appleton location. But no worries because it was shipped to the greenfield location for me and my boyfriend to see it. Which I must say is great customer service. After looking at the ring, we left the store (without the ring) my boyfriend and I talked about the ring, and I was crying-tears of happiness. We both knew it was meant for me.I couldn't find or seen any other rings like it! To my surprise my boyfriend put it on hold. I had no idea, he was setting it up as a surprise to propose. A few months went by and we went to New mexico to visit, where my parents live. We went on a motorcycle ride up to the top of a mountain. We were talking and taking in the views...all of a sudden my boyfriend gets down on one knee...and what does he have in his hand is...my beautiful ring. It was the happiest moment in my life. I have had nothing but compliments about my ring. I have the kessler 81 round center stone. Everyone tells me how clear and bright the ring is. When I bring in the ring for cleanings Gail and Melissa at the greenfield store are great and so friendly!!!! Infact a month ago, I had a scratch on the side of my ring, and it had to be sent out to be buffed because it was a deeper scratch it was on a sunday. I was sad because I can only wear my ring on the weekends because of my job (I am a auto technician). I was told I wouldn't be able to get my ring back until sat. afternoon. But Gail was so sweet and made it so I could pick up my ring right after work that friday so I could have it the whole weekend!!! I was so happy. I love the free cleanings, and I just wanted to say I have been very pleased with the service at your store in greenfield. I wont buy jewlery from any other jewlery store. Your diamonds are truely the best and brightest with the best clarity. We will be in again soon to pick out our wedding bands. We plan to get married summer 2011.
