The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

Children, ages 2 1/2 to 18, who have been diagnosed with a progressive, degenerative or malignant condition that has placed their life in jeopardy are eligible for a wish once they are referred to the Foundation and are qualified medically by their treating physician.
