Even if you’ve never set foot in a jewelry store, it won’t take you long to
figure out there’s something very different going on at Kesslers. And if you have shopped for jewelry before, you’re in for a very pleasant surprise.
Doing things differently...
At Kesslers we pride ourselves on doing things differently. Some of the differences are immediately apparent; like Richard Kessler’s radio spots that run 52 weeks a year, or the relaxed, laid-back atmosphere in our stores, or the selection that seems to go on forever. Maybe you’ll be struck by the choice of music we play, or the way our people will get you a chair and offer you something to drink. We know you’ll be amazed when nobody pressures you to “take it home today.” These are just a few of the obvious differences.
But they’re driven by the same principle that really makes the biggest difference at Kesslers, and that is our obsession with thinking long-term. Every jeweler will tell you that they want a customer for life, but at Kesslers it’s a core value that we live each and every day. Our clients come to appreciate the depth of our commitment more and more with each passing year.
Thinking long term…
Long-term thinking is the reason we have a true lifetime warranty, one with no disclaimers, and no need to be renewed every six months for as long as you live. Long-term thinking is the reason we provide free maintenance for a lifetime. There’s nothing you can do to your Kesslers jewelry, short of losing it or having it stolen, that we won’t repair or replace for a lifetime.
And long-term thinking is the reason we never have a sale, or haggle over price. Every client gets our best price every day. So you won’t have to work on your negotiating skills, or time your engagement to coincide with a sale.
Our people…
Long-term thinking is also at the heart of the relationships we have with our people. That’s why you’ll see the same faces year after year at Kesslers. Our people love what they do, and they love what they can do for their customers. This isn’t rocket science, but it is truly amazing what a difference it makes when you treat people right. When was the last time you met a salesperson truly committed to their company, their product and most of all their clients?
Being proud of doing what’s right…
So some things that set us a part may be obvious immediately, and some will take a little longer to appreciate. But they all flow from a deeply held belief that success in business is meaningless if you can’t be truly proud of how you’ve achieved that success.
At Kesslers we always try to do what’s right for the customers, because as long term thinkers we care more about the value of the client, then the value of a sale.
