Dear Kesslers,
I am writing this message in response to the outstanding customer service my husband and I received at Kesslers Diamond Center. Last year, we visited Kesslers for the first time. We were impressed with the service we received right from the start. We did not feel pressured to buy. In fact, we were encouraged to shop elsewhere and compare. Based upon our experience with Kesslers, my husband decided to return to Kesslers and purchase my engagement ring. We have since returned to purchase our wedding bands. Since our engagement, two of my friends have purchased their engagement rings from Kesslers. We like to think their decisions to go with Kesslers were based on our positive experience with your company.

I am a first time customer of Kesslers and I bought an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now my fiancée). I liked everything about it. Mt sales associate was very nice and helpful - I really can’t say enough good things about her. She asked me what my budget was and she did not try to sell me something that was more. I did not feel pressured at all, even when I said I wanted to look somewhere else before I made a decision. After looking at two other places I came back to Kesslers and bought the ring. My girlfriend loved it, and I love your warranty. It is the best warranty I have seen. I am so impressed with your store that there really isn’t any point in going anywhere else. I will be a customer of Kesslers for life.

… We had always heard about your store on the radio, and what we thought of as hype, about you wanting to be “our jeweler”, … Wow, little did we realize what an experience we would have at your store in Appleton. So much for what we thought of as hype. The minute we walked in, we found it to be a different experience. Nice greetings, no pressure.
… Your commercials are definitely not hype. We have found our jeweler at Kesslers. We now tell everyone to start their jewelry shopping at Kesslers. Please personally thank your staff there, especially our sales associate Tanya.

My husband surprised me by taking me to your store to purchase a Survivor necklace. I was happy to find out the money goes to help women with breast cancer. Then to find out that the Survivor necklace was designed and sold only in Wisconsin I nearly cried. Now I wear my Survivor necklace with pride and honor, not only because it is helping other people with breast cancer but also because I am a breast cancer survivor.
