Kesslers is now hiring for a Full-time skilled artisan Bench Jeweler/Goldsmith for our downtown Milwaukee location!  We have been in business for over 28 years and are looking for an accomplished Goldsmith to join our amazing team!  

Must be skilled in:

  • Ring Sizing
  • Stone Setting
  • Soldering and Fabrication
  • All types of jewelry repair
  • 3+ years bench jeweler experience 
  • Detail oriented person
  • Must be extremely reliable
  • Self-starter and able to work independently

Corporate Office Administrator

Kesslers is now hiring for a full-time Office Administrator for our Corporate Office in Germantown!

As the Office Administrator, you will answer and transfer calls, greet clients, perform various data entry projects, process incoming and outgoing mail, order and track supplies, and coordinate lunches and events.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet Customers, vendors and suppliers as they come to our corporate office
  • Manage in-coming calls in a timely manner and direct to the appropriate department/individuals
  • Order and keep inventory of office supplies and stores supplies
  • Assist with meeting and event coordination
  • Maintain calendars and scheduling
  • Perform data entry projects
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments and document information on the receiving logs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications (What we look for):

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years prior experience in an office or customer support role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
