Connected by Kesslers 14K gold permanent bracelets are custom fit to you and welded shut to create a connection that lasts as long as you want it to. Our permanent bracelet chains are all high quality 14K solid gold.

For the best Kesslers experience, reservations are highly encouraged. For parties of two or more, reservations are required. Permanent jewelry reservations are available Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm and Saturday from 11am-3pm at our Grand Rapids, MI and Grandville, MI stores. Reserve your experience today!

One person can reserve the experience, but please specify how many people are in your party. We will reach out via text to follow up on your Connected reservation.

Getting a permanent bracelet does not hurt at all! All it takes is one gentle zap to weld your bracelet shut and you’re Connected!

We encourage 12 years or older to get a permanent bracelet, and anyone under the age of 18 must have an adult present.

Of course! Please call or visit the nearest store location to purchase a gift card for the recipient to use towards their permanent bracelet.

Don’t worry; you’re still Connected! Our Miraculous warranty has you covered. Save the chain and bring it into our Grandville or Grand Rapids store to be reconnected free of charge! We are not responsible for and do not replace lost chains.

For clean and safe removal, please stop into one of our locations. If you are unable to visit one of our stores, you can remove the permanent jewelry with sharp scissors. We recommend cutting the small ring that connects the two ends of your chain together as this makes it easier for us to reconnect your bracelet later.

Connected bracelets are custom fit to your wrist so we do not accept returns.
