Our Stores Are Open By Appointments Only!

In-Store Visits By Appointments Only

We are currently taking in-store appointments at all of our stores. The appointments can be made Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 to 6:00 PM. Please reach out to our store via phone, chat or email to schedule your appointment. We are limited to servicing five clients in a store at one time. Due to this limitation, we are only allowing clients in the store with an appointment. We ask that you use your best judgement on visiting us. Our sales people will be taking great safety measures to keep social distancing and will be wearing masks. We will be showing one piece of merchandise at a time, and safely cleaning each piece after each showing. We may require that you show your ID to see jewelry.

Virtual Appointments

Virtual appointments are available by appointment. Sales members are available Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please either text or email the store location nearest you.

Text Chat

Chat is available on both mobile and desktop – just hit the green circle in the bottom right-hand corner to begin! Staff will be available Sunday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. After hours inquiries will be responded to the following day. 

Curbside Pick-Up

Curbside pick-up available for purchases or drop offs. Sales members are available Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please either text or email the store location nearest you, and arrange a convenient time. OR Purchase online, and choose the 'Pick Up' option as your shipping preference. The store location will notify you when your order is available to pick up and schedule a time with you. Please note that not al merchandise is available at all locations. We may need to transfer the merchandise from one of our other stores, which may delay a same day pick up. The store location that you chose will notify you of this and set up a time that it will be available for pick-up.
