• Orders placed after 3:30 PM (CST) Monday through Friday will be processed on the next business day. 
• Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Sizing, personalization, and special-order items may require additional processing time. 
• Standard shipments are delivered via UPS Ground. 
• Orders under $99 ship for $9.95. 
• Orders $100-$249 ship for $19.95 
• Free standard shipping on orders over $249

• Get your order faster with expedited shipping. UPS Next Day Air® shipping is $24.95. 
• Orders placed after 3:30pm will be processed and shipped the following day.
• Ring sizing, personalization, and special orders will require additional time. You will receive an email from The Kesslers Online Team with an updated ship date.
• Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking number via email.

• All online orders will ship in brown packaging with a shipping label showing KDC Plastics as the “shipped from” address.

• Each online order includes free jewelry cleaner, your chosen jewelry in a signature Kesslers Diamonds jewelry box, and a new sweet treat each month.
• Write a special message in the “Add your ring size or a gift message” section of your online order. We will include this message on the outside of the box.

• Each product on our website will show which location(s) they are available at. Merchandise may need to be transferred to the chosen pick up location, so an additional day of transit may be needed.
• We will notify you when your order is available for pick-up. Please note, orders placed after 3:30PM on weekdays will be processed the next business day. All online orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday thru Sunday will be processed on the following Monday AM. (Need it sooner? Call your most convenient location for assistance placing your order).
• Please bring a photo ID for pick up.
