Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders $250 or more.
  • Any order $1-$99 ships for $9.95 and any order $100-$249 ships for $19.95.
  • Orders will ship between 1–3 business days.
    • Ring sizing, personalization, and special orders will require additional time. You will receive an email from The Kesslers Online Team with an updated ship date.
  • Orders will be shipped UPS Ground.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking number via email.
  • Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. will be processed the following day.

1-Day Shipping

  • Get your order faster with expedited shipping. UPS Next Day Air® shipping is $24.95.
    • Ring sizing, personalization, and special orders will require additional time. You will receive an email from The Kesslers Online Team with an updated ship date.
  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive the UPS tracking number via email.
  • Orders placed after 3:30 p.m. will be processed and shipped the following day.

Packaging

Keep Your Gift a Secret

  • All online orders will ship in brown packaging with a shipping label showing KDC Plastics as the “shipped from” address.

Unique and Personalized Presentation

  • Each online order includes free jewelry cleaner, your chosen jewelry in a signature Kesslers Diamonds jewelry box, and a new sweet treat each month.
  • Write a special message in the “Add Ring Size or Notes” section of your online order. We will include this message on the outside of the box.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is free and easy

  • Each product on our website will show which location(s) it is available at. Merchandise may need to be transferred to the chosen pickup location, so an additional day of transit may be needed.
  • We will notify you when your order is available for pickup. Please note, orders placed after 4 p.m. on weekdays will be processed the next business day. All online orders placed after 3:30 p.m. Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning. Need it sooner? Call your most convenient location for assistance placing your order.
  • Please bring a photo ID for pickup.
